Plenty of firms will hand you a strategy and walk away. We do the opposite. Deep Six Solutions is structured so that strategy, consulting, and procurement stay connected from the first conversation to the last shipment — delivered by a team trained to own the relationship, not just the deliverable. That's the difference between advice and partnership, and it's the only way we know how to work.

From a Midwest dev shop to a global firm.

We started about ten years ago as a small development firm in the American Midwest. As our clients grew, their needs did too — first marketing, social branding, and SEO, then e-commerce, and eventually the full weight of an international supply chain. We grew alongside them, adding the disciplines each new challenge demanded.

When the work outgrew the name, we rebranded as Deep Six Solutions — a nod to the six key areas of global operations we'd come to master, and to the relentless focus on client success that carried us through every expansion. The name marks how far we've gone. The work is what keeps us there.

We believe a customer-centric company starts with an employee-centric culture. So our first responsibility is to our own team: real work-life balance and genuinely meaningful employment, for every person, in every country we operate in.

That commitment isn't separate from client results — it's the foundation of them. People who are supported, trusted, and treated well bring an uncompromising level of customer satisfaction to the businesses they serve. We hold both standards at once, and we don't trade one for the other.
